The Socialist International, a global union of Socialist parties, decided recently to exclude the governing party of the RS, the SNSD. While the Bosniak-majority SDP used the decision as an opportunity to criticize the SNSD, RS President Dodik’s party has emphasized its contacts with a variety of foreign and international parties outside of the Socialist grouping.
“We will not wear black because of that,” SNSD Executive Secretary Rajko Vasic said. “We will go on with our political program of responding to all the needs of our citizens.”
