Muamer Zukorlic, the Chief Mufti of the Muslim community of Serbia, has officially declared residency in Srebrenica, in BiH, and plans to vote in upcoming local elections there.
Zukorlic has never lived in Srebrenica or BiH, but he claims that his decision is part of his mural duty. The move could help undermine the legitimacy of an already controversial voter registration process.
