In his most recent piece for Transconflict, former OHR legal advisor Matthew Parish argues that the international community has given up on BiH, and is allowing the country to collapse. Parish also looks at the recent political crises withing BiH, and claims that RS President Milorad Dodik has systematically exploited these crises in order to hasten the disintegration of BiH.
