Serb member of the BiH Presidency Nebojsa Radmanovic has demanded that Minister of Foreign Affairs Zlatko Lagumdzija resign from his post after Lagumdzija instructed the BiH representative to the United Nations to vote in favor of last week’s General Assembly resolution on Syria. The tripartite presidency had not reached an agreement on the resolution; according to Radmanovic, Lagumdzija violated the constitution by making a foreign policy decision without the presidency’s approval.
