Zeljko Komsic Quits Bosnia’s Ruling SDP – BalkanInsight

Zeljko Komsic, the Croat member of BiH’s tripartite presidency and now-former vice president of the SDP, has resigned from the SDP According to BalkanInsight, “he left the party session on Friday when the close leadership discussed how the 2009 Sejdic-Finci human rights ruling should be implemented – with Komsic disagreeing over proposed changes to the method of electing members of the State Presidency.”

Komsic’s resignation puts BiH in an odd position, as two of the three members of the presidency no longer represent governing parties.
