The leaders of all major BiH parties met last week to discuss constitutional reforms related to the Sejdic-Finci ruling. No agreement was reached, but participants expressed optimism that the issue could be solved by the end of August. Debate in last week’s meeting focused on the method of election for BiH’s tripartite presidency. RS parties want to elect their member of the presidency directly, while Federation leaders favor indirect elections.
