The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development has issued a EU 150 million loan for modernization of BiH’s infrastructure, beginning with a new Banja Luka-Doboj highway. This primary east-west link across RS will be followed by a new north-south highway, to be funded by a public-private partnership.
