EU Enlargement Commissioner Stefan Fule called on BiH political leaders to come to Brussels to establish a coordinated plan to address all EU accession-related issues. Fule said that the process of integration is the responsibility of local leaders, not of the European Union.
“I hope to see all relevant politicians coming to Brussels where we would tell them not what kind of programme they need but why it is important to have it,” he said.
