In an op-ed published in Nezavisne Novine, High Representative Valentin Inzko says that BiH has entered a “hopeful phase.” He cites recent examples of cooperation between the country’s major parties, and expresses hope that such cooperation can lead to a positive resolution of the political disputes surrounding local elections in Srebrenica.
