BiH has agreed to work with its Montenegro, Serbia, and Croatia to raise 82 of an estimated 584 million Euro needed to address the situation of refugees and internally displaced people in the region. The countries are counting on an international donors’ conference–scheduled for April 24–to provide the remaining funds.
