According to President Dodik, Serbs in Srebrenica face “unacceptable” discrimination at the hands of Bosniak authorities, a situation that would be remedied by the election of a Serb mayor in the next round of local elections. High Representative Inzko has indicated that the international community may attempt to intervene in the elections to secure a Bosniak victory, as it did in 2008.
